More rate reductions, in fact, 160

Once
again, I am
pleased to report a large number of rate reductions, effective
1 September 2003. Reductions cover 160 destinations
from Argentina through to Zimbabwe Mobile. As usual,
we have negotiated better rates in the marketplace and
have the pleasure of passing the savings onto all
our customers.
Regrettably, we have had a small number of increases
too, e.g Kenya Mobile and Malta. All customers benefit from
the new rates immediately. All you have to do is to keep
topping up your account and using it to make your calls.
I have marked the
reduced rates as "new", both here on the
right and on the website,
so please check to see if your calling destination
has reduced or not, and tell your family and friends.
New 14992 easy access...
Those of you who
wish to make calling even quicker and easier, if you
have a BT fixed line, you can now dial 14992
immediately followed
by the international number, without having to wait
for a dial tone, the prompt or listen to the balance
on your account. The cost is
the same as that using the 0800 access number.
You can always dial any of the other access numbers to
find out your balance from time to time, or just check
on the
WAM system.
Roaming
extension is now available from Ireland
Our popular roaming extension to the UK Calling
Account is now also available from Ireland, from as
little as a 5p surcharge when calling from a landline.
For further details of the roaming extension service,

here. I am pleased
to report that with your help, our Engineers have
fixed the problem of calling from French payphones.

Speed dialling makes calling even
easier
If you are not already using
our free speed dial service, then you should be! It is the
fastest growing of all our new services through the
WAM system, and we have had dozens of complimentary
emails about it. Click

Very
shortly, you will be able to call directory enquiries
through your account, by dialling 118 424 after you access
our system. Calls are competitively priced and will
cost 9p per minute with a 49p connection charge, and you
will be able to ask about up to three numbers from one
call.
