"CallBack" follow-up
Many customers now have this
addition to their existing Calling Account, which not
only allows them to phone abroad cheaply, but also allows
them to initiate a call from a nominated overseas number.
Many customers, previously using the Roaming Extension service,
have now switched to "CallBack", and continue to enjoy
cheap calls for calling from anywhere to anywhere, for
example calling from France to Thailand. For more information and amazingly low rates click
here.
Winning customer letters...
We promised to pay £25
call credit to the customer whose letter we publish
each month. Thank you for a terrific response!
Here is the complete text (unedited) of our winner:
"My
son arrived home from Thailand in May leaving behind
his Thai partner who was due there first child in
September. He came home to get extra money to return
and set up home in Thailand. However his first monthly
wage packet saw a large % of it disappear on a massive
mobile phone bill of over £300 and a large increase on
our landline bill of over £100 which he had to pay. He
was phoning Thailand everyday. Surfing the net he
found Easy dial and I registered as when he returned
to Thailand we would still be phoning.
Registering has saved us the massive sum of over £200
per month. Baby came early and the endless calls
to Thailand while his partner was in hospital would
have properly meant we have saved even more than the
above, because he was phoning at least twice a day if
not more due to the early arrival of our grandson.
I am pleased to say that both mother and baby are doing
fine, and my son has been reunited with them. It is
now me that is using the account to keep in touch and
it has meant that this can be on a weekly basis instead
of just special occasions. Thank you Easy dial
for making it so easy.
Evelyn Jaques, Proud Grandmother.*
Need I say any
more? Evelyn now also has "CallBack" on her account so
that her son can phone her at any time from Thailand
as well ! We have also chosen 2 "runners-up"
who have each been awarded a £10 call credit. We have
put their letters on a web page for you to read by clicking
here.
Easy-dial but not easy-WAM ...
Some customers are experiencing difficulties with their
browser settings the first time they use our Web Access
Management (WAM) service. There is a short help
"video" at the foot of the WAM login page,
but for those who like written instructions that they
can print off, please click
here. If you have never
tried using WAM, go to the top right of this page to
the "WAM Login" button and select it. If
you cannot access the service after inputting the default
password easy just let us know and
we will help you set it up. Accessing and using WAM
is actually very simple AND it allows access 24/7.
So throughout Christmas you can manage your own account
without worrying about whether customer services is available.
Here is a reminder of 6 reasons why we are so keen for
you to use your WAM account:
Easy-dial-a-mobile for just 15ppm...
If you are fed up paying 25p
to 50p per minute calling Mobiles, why don't you simply
dial 091 1516
1664 and follow the
prompt. Billing is per second and set at a flat rate
of 15p per minute - the charge then appears on your
quarterly bill from your line supplier. Click
here for more details.
