News Update...
I am pleased to report that our
new Back-up Service
is proving popular for those difficult destinations.
Call-back is continuing
to grow as customers tell their overseas friends and
family about the facility of cheap calling from "anywhere
to anywhere". Our cheap UK calls service,
Home Connect is also gaining
popularity as other Companies advertise daytime UK calls
for 2.5p in the National Press. (Our Special daytime
rate is only 2p as we are not paying the papers for
the adverts !). For details of these services please

Spanish Freephone Access Number...
Yes, it's back!

is the new Freephone Access
number from Spain
we have all been waiting for. This is the first
of the Roaming Extension numbers which we had to suspend
late last year, following technical problems with a
major multi-national telecoms provider. We hope
to bring you more countries soon. Existing
Calling Accounts are automatically "live"
for this service. All you need to do is to use
this number from Spain to access the service.
As before, call costs using this number are subject
to a 5p surcharge from landlines and payphones and a
25p surcharge from a Spanish Mobile. For example,
calling a UK landline from a Spanish landline will be
charged at only 6.9p per
minute.
Using
your Mobile to make cheap International calls from the
UK...
Many of our customers appear to
be unaware that their UK contract mobile phones can
be used to make cheap international calls through easy-dial
Calling Accounts. The way to do this is by utilising
the "free" or "inclusive" call minutes
which should be a feature of a mobile contract. Our
0208 access number, being a normal UK National number,
should qualify for use during these minutes. One can
then make international calls at our cheap rates through
a Calling Account. NB: Do not to press
the "send" button after you have dialled the
destination number, as the call will be diverted through
the mobile network and you will be charged by your Mobile
provider at their high rates. If in doubt please

easy Auto top-up...
Do remember our very useful Auto
top-up service. This service is designed to avoid
you running out of credit at the wrong moment - normally
in mid conversation! Once set up (using your UK
VISA card), our system automatically tops-up your account
by £25 when your balance drops below £5. Click here

Fault reporting...
A typical fault report from a
customer reads..."I have been calling this number
for two weeks and it does not work...". We
provide services to over 340 destinations worldwide,
and we cannot possibly test each one every day!
We rely on our customers to tell us about any problems
quickly so that we can resolve them as promptly as possible.
If you are having a problem connecting to your destination,
please do not wait for 2 weeks before telling us.
Report it to us with as much information as possible
(including your account number, the full destination
number and the problem you are experiencing) provided
you are fairly certain that there is no line fault at
the other end (you can check this by making a short
call via BT!). Once we have your fault
report (preferably by e-mail) we test the number
and report it to our Engineers. If it is a persistent
fault we may need to set up a back-up
service for you with another of our providers so
that you can continue to make your calls at cheap rates
whilst the original fault is resolved.
Cool Spam blocker...
We have come across a very functional
SPAM blocker which has identified over 12,000 emails
as SPAM for us since Christmas !! It is called
SPAM BULLY, and it integrates with
"Outlook Express" or "Outlook" and
puts any SPAM into a separate folder. To

this product without any problems but we cannot be held
responsible for any difficulties you may incur while
downloading it or using it.)
