plus ! rate reductions...
In line with our priority of low
prices, I am pleased to announce 100 rate reductions,
effective Midnight on Friday 21 May 2004. Some of
the new rates are shown on the right, but do
please click here to view all the rates. In
most cases, the new rates will be automatically live on
your account from Friday midnight, which means all you
do is use your account normally. However, in some cases,
where a destination is marked with a
+ sign, you will need to
contact us so that we can set you up with a new account
on our alternative service. Unfortunately, with
this alternative service, we cannot currently offer the
WAM system. We hope to bring you the WAM add-on in
the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of
next year.
Roaming Extension is Back!
You can now use your existing
Calling Account to make calls from 8 EU countries.
Whether on holiday or business, the European access to
our service can be used from landline, payphone or even
a local Mobile, for incredibly cheap calls back to the
UK. Once you access your account, you can call anywhere
you like. For example, calling the UK from Spain
costs 6.9p per minute...

Update...
- International Call Divert. The response to this new service
has been enormous and continues. You give your customers friends and
family a UK phone number to call you on, usually an
0871 or 0870 number, and we then direct/divert
it to a number of your
choice, almost anywhere in the world. For example, you could get it diverted
to your Spanish, French, German or Italian
landline, at absolutely no cost to you. More
- easy-VOIP. Canada
for 0.9p per minute via the Internet! The interest in this
product has been overwhelming, and we are currently
preparing more information and FAQ's based on the
questions you have been asking, to include in a
separate Newsletter about VOIP, next month. We
are constantly updating the web-pages on this brand
new product so please keep checking the site and have
a look at the rates...More
- Change of Access Numbers.
Please note that three of our UK access
numbers have changed. 0800 018 9483 has been replaced
by 0800 949 6619, 0800 018 9489 has been succeeded
by 0800 949 6621,
and 0208 584 2866 is being replaced by
020 0001 2866, which works in exactly the
same way and at the same rate as the previous 0208
number. We apologise for any
inconvenience...
