Welcome
Hello and welcome to the May easy-dial Newsletter.
This month we want to tell you about
over 250 rate reductions,
additional 0800 access
numbers for even easier access, and the
new Web Account Management
System! Please read on...

Over 250 rates slashed ! - with effect 14
May 2003
In case you missed
it, this month, we have seen our largest ever rate review,
which led to over 250 rate reductions to worldwide
destinations. In fact, we had 262 reductions and 8 price
increases.
Please note that as a customer you have
already been charged the new, mainly reduced rates, since
14 May 2003. You do not need to do anything special
to take advantage of these rates, except use your account
normally.
The most popular destinations reduced
are listed on the right hand side. The prices listed are
for 0208 or 0845 access. For 0800 access, just add 2p to
each rate.
For
all our new rates, be sure to visit our website or click
on "Rates" and then "Calling Account" at the top of this page.
Our Home Connect rates have not changed.

Web Account Management (WAM)
You asked for this. Now you've got it!
Effective
15 May 2003, you can have complete control over your
Calling Account and can have FREE access to the following
features:
- Call records - check your
balance and usage; view your call records for the last 3
months on-line
- Registered numbers (Up to 5) -
add or change anytime
- Personal details and password
(except your email address, which is used for login) -
view / change anytime
- Speed dials - Add/change up to
10 speed dials. You then dial *1 or *2 etc for your
destination number, after accessing the service.
- Instant top-up - top-up your
account using the "make a payment" menu option, 24 hours
a day, instantly. This feature will be available
early next week.
If it hasn't already been done for you, you
will need to call or email us to set you up to use the new
service at
http://myaccount.at/easydial. You
will also need to ensure that your "cookies" in your
browser are set up so that you can use the WAM system.

Additional access numbers
As our
networks get busier we are carefully
monitoring access to our service. As a result we
have added another 0800 access number - 0800 949
6619, (and 0800 949 6620 for 7 digit accounts), increasing Inbound capacity by 30%.
We have also added a new 0845 access number, 0845
193 1000. All of the access numbers shown
on the top/ right are now available to you, and
the 0208 number is especially for use from
Contract Mobiles and at off peak as well as
weekends from landlines too. |
