Welcome to your October Newsletter - I hope you enjoyed the "Mobile Special"  in August.  For back issues please click here.  In this issue, we are focusing on International Calls using our Calling Account service; our objective is to make sure that you are getting the most out of your Calling Account:

Calls to UK Mobiles - Massive reductions...

Call rates to UK Mobile have traditionally been higher than those to say European Mobiles. But not anymore. All peak calls (8 am to 6pm weekdays) to the four main UK network operators have been reduced to 15p per minute, i.e. a reduction of 44%. We have also reduced our Calling Account rates for off-peak and weekend periods. For example, Vodafone weekend rate from 2.9p. Click here for full details of rates to UK Mobiles.

  Calling Account - latest features...

You can now use your existing Calling Account to make calls from 9 EU countries and the USA, in addition to the UK.  Whether on holiday or business, access to our service can be made from a landline, payphone or even a local Mobile, for incredibly cheap calls worldwide.  In addition, we can usually add a "ring-me" option to your account to enable the person you are calling overseas to call you, using your easy-dial Calling Account:

1. Phone anywhere in the world from the UK, 9 other EU countries and the USA.
2. Set up the Access Number you regularly use, as a speed dial on your landline or Mobile, for easy dialling and access to our service. Please refer to your Mobile or Landline manual / instruction book.
3. Register your landline and/or Mobile on our WAM system.  This avoids the need to input your account and PIN number each time you make a call. Please refer to the welcome email we sent you when you signed up.
4. Set up your favourite International or National destination numbers as speed dials on our system using your WAM login.  This way, once you hear the prompt, you simply dial *1 or *2 etc and our system dials the number for you. Login to WAM and follow the menu options to set up speed dials.
5. Remember never to press the "send" button on your mobile once you have dialled the destination number, as this will redirect the call through your mobile network and result in high call charges.
6. To hang up and dial again press ##. We call this "follow on".  To find out your balance, dial #9.
7. To check your call charges and/or Callback charges, login to WAM and follow the menu options.
8. To call from Europe or the USA, pick the relevant access number, call it and enter your account and PIN when prompted. If your are calling the UK you do not need to dial +44 just the national number.
9. If you have "ring-me" (callback) and have registered an overseas number and been provided with your own unique Access Number, simply dial it, let it ring twice and hang up.  Our system will then call you back and open a line from the UK to wherever your registered number is in the world, at our cheap rates!
