Roaming Extension (nightmare) latest...!
We regret that after trying two
major International telephone Companies, we still do not
have a reliable service from the 10 European countries
covered by this product. We have therefore had to
temporarily suspend this service until we negotiate a
permanent solution with other suppliers. This is unlikely to
happen in October or November 2003. Sorry !
Where customers have a regular need
to call FROM overseas, we can either set up an
International Roaming Account
or a call-back account.
If you are calling family from Europe, as a temporary
measure, we recommend that you ask them to call you from
the UK using your account details. We can always change
your PIN for you later, to increase security.
We hope you have found this
newsletter useful. If you have any comments about the
newsletter, or any of our products and
services, please email them to me. Click
