Our Roaming Extension nightmare...!
If you use our access services from Europe,
you will have experienced severe problems making your
calls for the past two weeks or so. We would like to
apologise and assure you that we are doing everything we
can to restore services back to normal. Our provider
for the EU access numbers experienced major technical
problems which affected all our European access numbers.
We have since established new numbers through another
Worldwide telephone carrier, and have retained the old
numbers as backup, as and when finally restored. For full
details of the alternative access numbers see below on the
right.
They say every cloud has a silver
lining! In resolving the above problem, we have
managed to source International Freefone access numbers
for you from several additional countries, including
Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Poland and
the USA (with more to follow). This means that
you will shortly be able to use your normal Calling
Account to not only phone almost anywhere in the world,
but to also do this from many more countries, for only a
small surcharge. We will let you know when these
additional countries are "live".
It is not easy for us to
independently test the European Roaming numbers.
Special thanks therefore go to all our patient customers
who helped test the new access numbers from each country,
including but not limited to: Sylvia Hochreiner - Austria,
John Fogarty - Belgium, Karen Foster and Rachel Twidale -
France, Louise Morrissey and Terence Holsgrove - Germany,
Joe Camillo - Italy, and Alison Tindling and Charlotte
Scott - Spain. Thank you all for your patience and
effort.
WAM instant top-up is here...
It's
what you have all been asking for and what we have been
working on behind the scene! You can now go on-line,
check your call records and simply top-up! You can
now do this 24/7 and it is instant and convenient.
Please use it and let us know what you think. If you
top up by £50 or more, you automatically get another £5.
If you top up by £100, you get an additional £10. We are
constantly working towards making your easy-dial
experience even easier. To access the WAM system

More on new 14992 easy access...
The new 14992
access system has been extremely well received by those
who are dialling from a BT line registered with us.
People have been able to dial without waiting
for a dial tone, the prompt or listening to the balance
on their account. You can always dial any of the other access numbers to
find out your balance from time to time, or just check
on the
WAM system.
The cost of making a call is the same as using the 0800
access number.
UK
access numbers latest...
We have been experiencing intermittent capacity
problems with two of our access numbers, 0800 358
4868, and 0800 376 1243. We recommend that you use the
numbers listed here (on the top right) and on our
website.
Yes, another 118 is here....118 424
You
can now call directory enquiries
through your account, by dialling 118 424 after you access
our system. Calls are competitively priced and will
cost 9p per minute with a 49p connection charge, and you
will be able to find up to three numbers from one
call.
