WHAT IS AUTO TOP-UP

Auto top-up is a facility within the easy dial system which simply monitors the balance on your account, and as soon as it drops down to £5, automatically re-charges the account with £25 of calling credit and charges your registered credit card.

WHY HAVE AUTO TOP-UP

Quite simply, with auto top-up, provided we hold current valid credit card details for you, you will never run out of calling credit, whether in the middle of the night, or whether you are abroad in Europe. (Auto is not available on our Roaming Account, but is available on our Calling Account with the roaming extension).

WHO CAN HAVE IT UK VISA CUSTOMERS

All Calling Account customers who choose to pay with a UK VISA card are eligible, but we reserve the right to refuse the facility or withdraw it, if for example, credit card withdrawals fail regularly. We regret that for security reasons we cannot accept other methods of payment and non UK issued VISA cards at the present time.

WHAT DOES IT COST

Setting up auto top-up is a free service, and it can be cancelled at any time, without any cost.

HOW DO I GET IT SET UP

You can either email us, call us or just enter your details on our secure server by clicking on the secure button on the left,completing the form and clicking on auto.
