HOW TO MAKE A CALL
FROM THE UK
STEP 1 Dial the
Access number you were given in your welcome email when
you first opened your Calling Account. This is usually
an 0800 number, but can also be an 0208 or 0845 number.
In some cases we may have given you the access number
and other information over the phone or by post.
STEP 2 If you are
dialling from a telephone number which we have registered
(CLI'd), (a UK landline or Mobile) then the prompt will
be "please enter the number you wish to dial".
STEP 3
Dial the phone number you are calling, starting with
the 00, country code and full area code, followed by
the number.
HOW TO
CALL FROM A REGISTERED BT LINE USING 14992
STEP 1
Dial 14992 followed by your full destination number
beginning with 00. There will not be a dial tone with
this method of access. This method only works from a
registered BT line.

STEP 2
The prompt will be "please enter your account number".
Please enter your 6 or 7 digit number.

WHICH
ACCESS NUMBER DO I USE FROM THE UK ?
If the cost of calling our 020/0208/0845
access numbers is more than 2p per minute, then please
use our 0800 access number or your short code access
(if applicable). This will usually be the case during
the day, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
Evening / Weekend rates for calling 020/0208/0845
numbers are usually less than 2p, hence wort using the
020/0208/0845 access numbers. Also, you may have an
"all-inclusive" package of free calls evenings
and weekends.
Calling from Mobiles: Usually your "inclusive"
or "free" minutes on your CONTRACT Mobile
will allow calls to our 020/0208 access numbers to count
towards such minutes, thus allowing you to call overseas
at our cheapest possible rates.
HOW TO CHECK
THE BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT
Dialling any of the access numbers will
tell you the balance on your account. You can also find
out the balance by pressing #9 at anytime during access
to our service. If using 14992 short code access, you
will need to use the #9 keys to obtain your balance.
You can also see your balance by logging into your WAM
account anytime.

REGISTERING
YOUR PHONE - It's convenient and free!
When we register your number in our system,
whether a Mobile or a Fixed line number, every time
you dial the 0800 or 0208/0845 access number, the system
recognises your number and bypasses the requirement
to key in your account number and pin number. This process
is known as Caller Line Identification (CLI). This makes
it much easier and convenient to make a call.
We would normally register your number
when opening your account for you, but we can do it
at anytime. Just email us the number you want registered,
or changed. You can add as many as 5 different numbers,
e.g. home, mobile, office, etc.
Please note that if you have asked your
provider to set CLI off, or set up your mobile to withhold
sending out your number, then CLI cannot work on your
account.
FOLLOW
ON CALLS
You can dial "##" and make a
follow on call without having to re-access your account.
We recommend that you restrict this to no more than
3 follow on calls per access.
SPEED
DIALLING
If you dial one or more numbers regularly,
we can either set up short dial codes fo you to make
it even quicker and more convenient, or you can do it
yourself if your Calling Account has WAM access. Up
to 9 speed dialls can be set up, using the keys *1 through
to *9. Please email us with your request, or login to
your WAM account and set them up or change them yourself.
Once set up, all you do is dial *1 or *2 etc, after
you dial the access number of your choice.
