How
Call-Back Direct works.
Please
note that for the Call-back Direct system
to call you back it must see the CLI (telephone number)
you are making the call from. Some overseas carriers
suppress this number, which makes it impossible to receive
a Call-back and make the call. We cannot influence the
Telephone Company in each and every country and cannot
therefore guarantee that Call-back will work from every
territory. However, we can help test for this and advise
you accordingly as follows:
1. CLI
Checker. Click
here on how to check whether your CLI is being presented
or not.
2. SMS
Trigger Where CLI is not being presented, you
can activate call-back with a text message from your
overseas Mobile and receive the call on that Mobile.
