HOW TO MAKE A CALL USING CALL-BACK DIRECT

(You will need the PIN number we sent you when you opened your account; 970-xxxx-xxxx)

1. Dial the Service Access Number 001-416-628-9148 (backup access number 001-212-487-1112) .
2. After one or two rings you should hear a "PING", and you should then hang up.
3. The service should then “call-back”.
4. When requested, enter your PIN - normally 11 digits - followed by the pound (hash) key.
5. Then dial your destination number beginning 011 + country code + city code (omitting initial zero) + local number.
   Example - to call a Brazilian number (00)55 123 4567, dial 011551234567. To call a USA/Canada number dial 1 followed by the number (without dialling 011 first).
6. To speed up the dialling, add # (hash) to the end of a destination number.
7. To make a follow-on call dial * * (star  star)
8. To terminate the call dial # # (hash hash)
