HOW TO MAKE A CALL
USING CALL-BACK SPECIAL
(You
will need your own unique Service Access Number
which will be in your welcome email we sent you
when you opened your Global Callback Account)

Dial the Service Access
Number that we will provide. This is unique
to you and will start with 001.

After one or two rings
hang up.

The service should then
“call-back" . Follow the prompt.
- Dial
your destination number beginning 011 + country
code + city code
(omitting initial zero) + local number.
Example -
to
call a Brazilian number (00)55 123 4567, dial
011551234567. To
call a USA/Canada number dial 1 followed by
the number (without dialling 011 first).
- To
speed up the dialling, add # (hash)
to
the end of a destination number.
- To
make a follow-on call dial * *
(star star)
- To
terminate the call dial #
