You can use your easyVOIP
account in a number of ways. Some devices connect
to your PC, including SIP USB Phones which connect
directly to one of your USB ports. Other SIP
devices connect to your Broadband Router/Modem.
Below are two devices which we have tested and
therefore currently recommend as fully compatible
with our service. The service will support devices
operating in DCHP mode or with fixed IP addresses.
We shall add more such products as they are
evaluated and tested.
The Handy
Tone 486 from Grandstream is an Analogue Telephone
Adapter which connects your ordinary phone or DECT
phone to your PC router. It retails at around £50
from approved distributors. Ideal for the home or
office. An added feature is that if your broadband
fails, there is an analogue port built in. Very
portable device.
The Budget Tone 100 is
another Grandstream product which plugs directly
into your Broadband router, giving you advanced
handset functions Ideal for the home or office.

to set up these devices. Your easyVOIP
Account details will give you the server IP Address
you need, together with the Username and Password required
to set up the SIP phone device.
