HOW IT WORKS

1. The Conference organiser selects a 6 digit PIN.
2. The organiser circulates the PIN to all the participants, and informs them of the conference time.
3. The organiser then dials the Conference Number above, enters the 6 digit PIN he chose and follows the prompt. He should start the conference before any participant checks in.
4. Each participant then dials the Conference Number above, enters the 6 digit PIN he was given by the organiser and follows the prompt.
5. Each new participant's arrival and departure is announced to the conference.

International Callers
We can also add international callers to the conference in the same way as above.
