Viewtivity™ is a brand new concept in business management software for the Communications Management of small and medium size Enterprises .

Viewtivity™ provides an Intranet, plus Contact and Personal Management Systems. Included is the unique email management system that automatically indexes all messages to contacts. At the heart of Viewtivity™ are the Activities (appointments, phone and VoIP calls, SMS text messaging, fax, etc) also linked to contacts.
Viewtivity™ is browser based, so is available from any PC with an Internet connection and Internet Explorer 6 or later.

Start with a single user pack and add one or hundreds of other users, additional modules and more document storage – as and when you need to. Access your organisation’s data from anywhere in the world - from any Internet connected PC; Send and receive email, text messages, faxes; Check contact history including all your colleagues’ communication Your diary is on-line, shareable and up to date.

Viewivity™ has been developed initially for PCs, however, we are very aware that there are other very good ways of getting connected. Viewtivity™ does work (with some differences) on Macs. Please contact us by emailing sales@viewtivity.com and we can tell you all about Viewtivity™ on the Mac.

We are currently developing Viewtivity™ to work on PDAs (WindowsCE/Pocket Windows and Palm), and are also engaged in making Viewtivity™ accessible from various types of mobile and cellular phones.
