Welcome to our 10th anniversary Newsletter.  In our August Newsletter outlined the various ways in which you could call home whilst on holiday abroad.  In this issue, we bring you the ultimate in Easy Roaming from 46 countries.  and yes we have also had some juicy rate reductions too.

There has been a lot of press coverage lately about cheap calls via the Internet, as if this is a new phenomenon !  This has been mainly due to certain well known high street retailers trying to enter the voip telephony market.  We have been supplying telephony via the Internet for quite some time with our easy-voip service with rates from under a penny to 25 worldwide destinations !

We now bring you the service which you have been asking us for; a truly worldwide calling service which gives you DIRECT DIAL ACCESS using International Toll Free Numbers from 46 countries AND which can also be used as a CallBack service, when required, from any country in the world.

• NO NEED FOR A PC OR INTERNET CONNECTION
• JUST A SIMPLE TELEPHONE, LANDLINE OR LOCAL MOBILE TO CALL FROM
• FREE ON-LINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Easy Roaming, is available for Direct Access from:

Europe           -      21 countries, including Russia
Africa             -      South Africa
Far East          -     12 countries, including Australia and NZ
South America  -     10 countries,
North America   -     USA and Canada.

Here is how it works:

1.  Open an Easy Roaming Account and receive your PIN and Instructions.

2.  Dial the Toll free Access Number for the country you are calling from.

3.  Follow the simple prompts to make your call.

WARNING
This service is not suitable for use from your UK Mobile phone whilst outside the UK.  NO SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR SUCH CALLS DUE TO THE HIGH CHARGES YOUR UK MOBILE PROVIDER WILL MAKE ON BOTH YOUR OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS WHILST OVERSEAS.  Please contact us for advice if you are not sure.

Using CallBack

How do you access the service if travelling to a country where there is no Easy Roaming Direct Access number?  In these cases, the Easy Roaming account doubles up as a Callback PIN.  You ring our CallBack Access Number and hang up, and provided your phone number is accurately received, the system will call you back and ask for your PIN.  Enter the PIN and proceed to make your call.

In some countries, the local phone company suppresses the number you are calling from, so our system does not know which number to call you back on.  In these instances, a simple call to our customer services line, or an email, will result in us allocating a unique callback trigger number to you and registering the overseas number you are calling from. So be sure to have the overseas number ready with you when you call.

Calling from your PC

If you do have access to a PC then you can also download our dialler software, using your PIN number as your identifier, and make "PC to phone" calls at our cheapest rates - typically from 2 cents per minute.
